Insurance, crating, shipping, and handling are not included in the listed price and will be calculated at the time of sale. Insurance is available only for items marked as 'Inquire to Buy.'
International orders are subject to the country’s import fees, duties, taxes, and/or brokerage fees. These are the responsibility of the recipient.
Sales tax will be added to orders in accordance with applicable laws in each state. Any taxes will be indicated at checkout.

Please note that UPS does not deliver to PO boxes or to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at info@ellendemeijer.com within forty-eight hours of delivery. We may require photo proof of any damage.
All sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
